Islamabad, President of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain has accepted the resignation of Advocate General of Islamabad Mian Abdur Rauf, and also given approval of appointment Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri as Advocate General Islamabad.
Advocate General of Islamabad Mian Abdul Rauf resigned due to personal reasons. According to details, Ministry of interior has issued the appointment notification.
Worth mentioning that new Advocate General of Islamabad Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri has already served as Deputy Attorney General, Islamabad High Court (IHC) and Deputy Prosecutor National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
